If you would like help only on certain aspects of your immigration case or application, we can limit the scope and extent of our representation. That way, we can assist you with the difficult legal stuff, and you can do the rest. This shared responsibility for different aspects of your immigration case option is an excellent option if you think you cannot afford a lawyer to handle your entire case, if you are already familiar with immigration paperwork, or are just simply seeking a way to keep costs down.

Strategy Consultation
If your immigration petition is still pending or you are simply planning for the future, I can assist in formulating a legal strategy for you or your family members to travel or immigrate to the U.S. in the most expedient way possible. Quicker and better solutions may be out there, and you do not want to wait forever stuck on one route when there may have been a different and more expedient legal solution you just did not know about.
